At Animexia, we take pride in every product we create. Each item is custom-made, quality-checked, and carefully packaged before shipment.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Because every product is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect model selection, or design preference.
