Every Animexia product is made to order in the UK. We take care to ensure quality and accuracy with every item produced.

Because each piece is created specifically for you, our returns policy is clear and considered.

 

Made-to-Order Products

As all products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect phone model selected at checkout

Personal preference after delivery

Please ensure your phone model and selection are correct before placing your order.

 

When Returns Are Accepted

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

The item arrives damaged

There is a manufacturing or printing fault

An incorrect item was sent

 

Requesting a Return

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Your order number

Clear photographs of the issue

A brief description

 

We will review your request promptly.

 

Resolution

Once approved, we will provide either:

A replacement at no additional cost

Or a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed shortly after approval. Your bank may require additional time to complete the transaction.

 

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

 

Delivery Concerns

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your courier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us and we will assist where possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
