We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

All UK orders include free delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

6. Returns and Refunds

As all products are custom-made, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

8. Custom-Made Products

All products are made to order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, which may occur shortly after purchase.

You are responsible for selecting the correct product specifications at checkout.

Animexia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
